Medical Nutrition Therapy

Medical Nutrition Therapy, often abbreviated as MNT, is an evidence-based medical approach to the treatment of certain chronic conditions through the use of a personalized nutrition plan.
The benefits of nutritional medical therapy are the reduction of complications associated with chronic pathologies such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, cardiovascular diseases, among others.

Through nutritional coaching, patients acquire self-control techniques and tools to better manage the pathology and prevent complications.

Nutritional Programs

Programs of 1, 3 and 6 months of weekly nutritional follow-up.
Includes: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and nutritional monitoring

We work through nutritional coaching and mindfulness eating, we have a monitoring APP.

We set a nutritional goal, we set weekly goals for food, physical activity and self-love.

Mindful Eating Program

In the program your nutritionist will send you your open menu and recipe book. You will have access to our monitoring APP to give you a daily follow-up by interacting and monitoring your food intake, physical activity, mood, motivation, as well as seeing the evolution of your weight and measurements.
